To start off, we used to come to Amazing for years. I noticed a decking in the service and how clean it used to be. I checked the inspections on one of the news station web-site and was like no. I'm not eating at this place again. My suggestion would be to keep the kitchen clean at all times and remodel your place. Take the proceeds and re-invest it in updating the business. I don't like to give bad reviews but it is what it is. This might lite fire to the owners thought and mind set.

Service was great. Place is nice and clean. Food was good and very fresh. We came for lunch and it was not busy at all which is great because I came with 2 small children. Will come again

My go to dish is the hot pad Thai, I've never had better! They also have good sushi, and delivery is convenient

Amazing Thai is the one place my entire family can agree on eating at. With 3 kids who are picky eaters, the Honey Chicken and chicken friend rice are always fresh and delicious!! I love the staff and atmosphere. Just wish I didn't have to wait so long in hold when I call to place an order.

Best sushi around. Had the Hot Mamma, special roll tonight. Filling and delicious. Also best miso soup, ever. Love Amazing.

Food was horrible! So plain and tasteless. Save your money and find somewhere else to eat.

Fresh, fresh, fresh. Food taste with the right amount of seasoning (not to salty), good quality, and very quick service and good prices! My favorite neighborhood take-out food :)

My mom and I had: Hot mama roll pan wooshen My mom (visiting from China) finished the pan wooshen in like 5 minutes. She likes it, considering that we have so much better and authentic food back home. Food is decent. I was visiting Florida and driving around and saw this place on Yelp.

To say that my wife and I eat sushi often is an understatement. It is our favorite meal. We have our favorites in this area; most notably Blue Ginger. We decided to try "Amazing Thai Japanese" on a Sunday afternoon for a change of scenery. It had good reviews on Yelp and was just a few minutes further from our home. We both love sashimi and focus on sashimi platters & boats. We ordered the 18 piece sashimi, added soup, salad and a couple of appetizers The appetizers, soup, etc were good. When the sashimi arrived, two the four offerings (wahoo & salmon) were horribly bad. The wahoo was just short of rancid, and the salmon wasn't too far behind. My wife, the better sport, tried the salmon again, to confirm her verdict: it was bad. I paid the bill ($74) and gave the waiter a 15% tip (I'm usually a 20%'er). Upon leaving, i went up to the sushi chef and discretely told him that, if they are going to serve sashimi, they need to serve" fresh" sashimi. He was apologetic, but my sense was that he had little control over the issue. "Cooked" food may be good here, but it this place is not for sushi aficionados.

Amazing? More like Meh. Sushi was nothing to write home about. The thing that gets me is their pad thai and other thai dishes. If you're up for more of a fusion-inspired taste, then fine. But as authenticity goes, their pad thai and other Thai noodle dishes lack the spice, heat, curry, and flavoring that I've grown accustomed to eating. In addition, the noodles used were too broad and heavy; it made it hard to absorb the sauces. Tsk Tsk. Perhaps I just have high expectations when a place is suppose to be "Amazing."

It's really tough to review this place. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it isn't. I have been going there since they opened. Mostly takeout and always the red curry chicken. The last few times it wasn't very good and I was about to give it up. Last night was the best I ever had. Of course they almost always do something that annoys me. Like last night I got 3/4 of a container. But it was so good, I didn't care

After driving by many times, we decided to give this place a try. Started with amazing sampler and Tom Yum Soup - Gai. Soup was delicious. Main course was red curry and pad thai with chicken. Curry was a huge portion and a nice spicy kick. We ordered medium. Just the right amount of heat. Our server Tiffanie was exceptional. We will go back to try other entrees and sushi.

After being convinced to return after 10 years I caved in tonight and I'm glad I did. My friend recommended I try the Tom Kha soup & Fried rice (side) The Tom Kha soup is magnificent, a blend of oriental & Thai. Coconut milk based with lots of spices to really clear your senses with chicken only $5! It was a deal! They have additional spices to make it hotter which I highly recommend. They told me it was the size of a cup but in reality it was a bowl & was very filling but not too much. The fried rice is simple but tasty & compliments the soup 100%! I tried a piece of the spicy sesame chicken that my friend ordered and it was splendid, crunchy & sweet it was a party in my mouth. The damage for my oriental delicacies under $10, which is truly AMAZINGGGGG!!!!

I believe management has changed because they literally refused us service. We used to come here all the time and we've never dealt with such rudeness before. Got there before 9:30 when the sign clearly says they close at 10 and the hostesses freaked out and told us they were closed. When we asked them what time they close, they just shrugged. I pointed at the hours on the door and my sister informed them that it was only 9:30, to which the guy behind the sushi bar replied, "Oh well!" Are you freakin kidding me? No apology, no explanation. I get that we came pretty late, but at least be polite or tell us that your kitchen closes at a certain time. Looks like we won't be coming back. Don't bother coming here. Try the Amazing Asian Bistro in Plantation instead. Mostly same items, but incredibly friendlier service and management.

  • Sunny D.

I ordered green curry, spicy, and it tasted like nothing. It was coconut milk and veggies and meat with NO flavor whatsoever. Also, it wasn't even medium spicy. This is, without a doubt, the Worst "Thai" place I've ever been to. The avocado fries were just ok, but there was something slightly off about them, and the gyoza were also ok. Not the best I've had, and not the worst. Never again.

I have had better Asian food then this. Thank you, but no thanks. I'm still on the hunt for best Asian food here in West Pines. So far, there are none. My opinion... been living out here less then a year.

I've only been here once but fell in love immediately! Stopped by for a bite after the gym on a Sunday and was surprised to see they had lunch specials til 3 on the weekends! (which we all know that is rare to find in the sushi business). Anyways we both ordered two lunch specials that came with a choice of one app, and 2 rolls. I ordered the spring roll (which is just some veggies rolled up and fried like an egg roll with some yummy sauce on top) its just one and I saw I could eat like 20 of them but none the less it was delicious. For the rolls I had the spicy tuna roll and shrimp temp roll both were awesome! Great fresh quality, will definatly be coming back again.

So, I have eaten here many many times before and ever since they've changed management, everything about this place has been going downhill, mainly the staff/service. My family & I just left from there because they refused us service because they said they were closed. We arrived at 9:30pm. Their sign clearly states they close at 10pm. We brought that to their attention that is was only 9:30pm and the hostess up front just shrugs and then you hear the workers say out loud, "oh well". I'm sorry but never ever have I heard that from any restaurant. Extremely rude! Don't worry, we won't be coming back. FYI to anyone who is thinking of coming here, I recommend that you make a drive over to Plantation and go to Amazing Asian Bistro instead. They used to be co-owners with Amazing Thai until they left. Smart choice. Their food is better and the workers and owner are much more friendly and welcoming.

The Best Thai and Rolls I have and Still make it a point to visit this place. When I visit W Ft Lauderdale. They Use Real Crab on their Rolls. Try to save room for one of their specialty desserts. They are very happy to give you a take-home box. Don't hesitate to warm it up the next day,May sound kind of strange but I do not like refrigerated Cold rolls. But, my favorite role that I always talk about is the volcano. But it has to be made with real crab.no substitutes there, I have to substitute plenty of things as it is so I do not compromise. However, any good establishment will work with you to substitute anything in the roll or remove it altogether. If it does not suit your liking. May I suggest once in a while I may substitute, example. I opt for cucumber when there are other vegetables I do not or may not care for. I usually start w a Hot Pot of the Traditional Asian Tea.WOULD LOVE TO See More Places offer JASMINE TEA. The Aroma of the Jasmine Flower. Literally puts you in a Mellow State. That feels exhilarating and "The I don't have a care in the world, mood. A number one pet peeve of mine. Is this place is clean, and well-kept and maintained. Their service staff has great people skills and seem to enjoy the job that they do. Their sushi chefs are true artist their creations. It does not matter where I go in Fort Lauderdale I always have to make a point of stopping by at Amazing Thai. They also have excellent hours in case, you get a craving late in the evening. Don't hesitate to call them and ask them about their specials of the day. They also have a full bar (liquor) :-)

I've been going here for the past 4 years and have always been happy with the food and service. I ate here last night and wow was I so disappointed! First of all it seems the menu changed. I was happy to see my usual on the menu so I ordered it. My dish comes out with a new sauce that tasted like a synthetic chemical. Their plum sauce before was delicious and now it's fluorescent pink and nasty. The next error was on our meal the chicken fried rice was flavorless and the volcano roll was hard. Finally during dessert we ordered our usual Thai donuts that come with an amazing raspberry sauce BUT they said they stopped making the sauce and instead covered it in a flavorless chocolate syrup! This place is no longer AMAZING! I do not know if there was a switch in management or the company is cutting corners because of financial reasons... But all I can say is the quality of this place has gone down the drain. It's a shame because the food was once very fresh and delish.

This is our family's go to place for takeout. We love this restaurant and waitstaff. I think we've ordered everything on the menu. You can't go wrong here. If your looking for sushi- it's great. If your looking for a good Sake- you won't be disappointed. If your looking for great tempura- you found the place. If you're looking for spicy I dare you to challenge the chef; my husband did and was crying the next day!! :) Our waitress has been their for years and always looks out for us. She has memorized our favorites and always makes sure we're happy. I promise you will be Amazed!!

I can't believe I haven't written a review yet! I have so many check-ins here! Woooops. Obviously, the reason I have so many check-ins here is because I love the place! (And because it's a favorite for Mark A. & his family, so I tag along.) I've tried various sushi rolls, traditional Thai dishes, and other items on the menu. They have great lunch specials: cheaply priced for a large portion. I'm either a glutton feeling sick after downing the whole thing or I have enough for another meal. I just wish that the curries weren't ALL spicy. I usually love a massaman curry when made mild. Their mild still lights up my mouth. That's my fault, though, I suppose. Darn non-existent spicy tolerance level. I am making it my mission to try every (non-spicy) dish on the menu!

  • Mark A.

Years later since my initial review & I still haven't gotten tired of this place. It's been my go to place since moving back to South Florida. It helps that Acelyn B supports my decision to eat here when I make the suggestion. The menu is fairly priced. Lunch deals are pretty awesome. Service is always attentive & friendly. The food is fantastic. My favorites lately have been the volcano chicken, massaman curry, & the tuna crunch roll. Amazing is tucked away in Chapel Trail plaza at the end of the building. It's an absolute gem for locals to get their thai/japanese craving satisfied. Can't stop. Won't stop. (coming to Amazing).

Not amazing. Sorry. Everything I ordered for take out was flavorless and unappealing. I didn't eat one thing in my $60 order. It's a shame.

So I've been coming to this place for over two years now and all I have to say is this truly lives up to its name. I have came here for both lunch and dinner before and the quality is top notch. Although I come during lunch for the great deals they had in their lunch menu, I would love to come for dinner just because of the pampering you receive from having complimentary edamame to hot steaming hand towels to wipe your hands before your dish. Now let's talk food wise. This pad Thai is ADDICTIVE. I have tried almost every combination with every flavor level and I personally recommend the hot level chicken pad Thai with a spring roll appetizer. The soft yet "al dente" noodles are perfectly seasoned flavored, the spice factor is just right for a spice addict like me and the bean sprouts and peanuts add a crunch factor that makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Oh and ps the lime on the side is not just a garnish! It pairs well with the dish. I have also tried the sushi here which is fresh and so good. For dessert, I got hot fresh Thai doughnuts with a delicious condensed milk sauce. Regardless of what other reviews say, I recommend this place to everybody! It's a small place that you would pass by but it is truly AMAZING! My only complaint, everything on the menu is so good I just want to order it all. *this review is honest and comes from a loyal customer*

I give this place 5 stars because I owe it everything! My love for sushi started right here, about 4 years ago. I always HATED it before but my friends forced my to try it again, and thank God they did. I eased into it with a flash fried sushi roll. It was like an explosion of flavor in my mouth. By the end of the night, I was trying all kinds of sushi and loving every morsel. I also had two noodle dishes there. I wish I could remember exactly what because they were both excellent. I love spicy food and they certainly delivered. Never been dissapointed by anything on the menu. I travel to South Florida at least once a year, and this is always on my must do list. I haven't been in over a year, but I'm going back in one week so I'm anxious to see what these other reviewers are talking about when they say the place has gone down. I hope not because I will be heartbroken! I'll keep you posted on how it goes. Thank you Amazing Thai! I am eternally grateful.

I noticed many new faces and changes and heard the are new owners. The service has gone to crap, they took many things off the menu and the quality of the sushi declined!! The other night my beauty n the beast , now called bb2000, tasted like chlorine. Also, for the first time in my life I saw those tiny shrimps used in a yummy roll, the ones used in dips, and it was terrible. The rolls fall apart when you grab them! I MISS THE REAL AMAZING!!!!! I've given them a couple chances to redeem themselves and they've failed miserably! Time for a new spot; which is a shame because Amazing is a mile away from home! :(

I think the food here is great but the last few times I have gone, the service has been so slow. They have many people working there on Friday nights but I am not sure why the food is so slow to come out. Management must look to have better turn over when it gets busy.

My family and I go here at least a few times a month ... it's our go-to place now for Thai and Japanese. From the hot towels when you sit down to the friendly customer service to the great food ... this place has it all and at a reasonable price. We love the fried avocado appetizer and age tofu and every roll we have tried has been great. My daughter loves the yaki soba ... it comes to the table on a hot plate. Also discovered Thai Tea here, wonderful treat.

I called in a pick up order and the girl was really rude, all her responses to my orders were "yeah? what else?" I ordered the basil with beef and I've never tasted Thai food like this! I've ordered Thai from Hawaii, Seattle, Georgia, and here and this was by far the worse Thai Basil I've ever tasted! Plus, don't bother asking for "Thai hot' because all they do is put in more chili paste when any other Thai restaurant would in more Thai chili's...

Unreal!!! I walk into an empty restaurant that supposedly has good reviews, so I should be happy with my meal correct? WRONG!!!! I broke it down it plain English! Basil Fried Rice NO F##KING vegetables!!! Only chicken, egg & basil, seems pretty simple right? WRONG!!! The incompetent douchebags at this place decided they wanted me to eat it how they want, with vegetables and every damn thing in the rice. The chicken is dry and tasteless and the rice is full of peppers!!! Never in my life will I come back to this place. Total failure!

It was a busy Friday night at Amazing Thai. We were still seated right away, but underneath the table were all these garbage on the floor. I didn't like that at all. I don't like going to a restaurant that looks dirty. It makes me think their kitchen is dirty. Anyway, I gave the restaurant a chance. I ordered the Pork Katsu and it was okay. Nothing really stands out nor does it taste bad. It was as expected. The service was good. Nothing to complain about. Overall, I don't think I will go back because the restaurant was dirty and the food wasn't really that great.

All three times I've been here, the service has been great. The last time I went, the server was always in sight just in case we needed her. Our water glasses were always filled. She was very patient with us, especially since we were very indecisive about what to eat haha. They have a lot of specialty rolls that they created on their menu but there are the typical volcano roll, dragon roll, rainbow roll, etc. When in doubt, always try the Amazing Roll. It is a large roll but it was cut into like 10 pieces. Maybe it's just me but I hate it when you order a large roll and there's barely 5 pieces. It's stuffed with 3 different fishes, crab, asparagus, and a few other things. I love it; I'm not sure if it's my favorite roll from here but it definitely makes my top 3. yelp.com/biz_photos/amaz… I really enjoyed the Yaki Udon with beef. Noodles were fresh and beef wasn't overcooked. I loved that it was served on a hot plate so it was still kind of cooking as it came out. yelp.com/biz_photos/amaz… Pad Thai is good here as well. They have different renditions for it on their menu. Both soups Tom Kha and Tom Yum have been good here. My bf really likes the Tom Kha here the most. I haven't been able to try their curries but I haven't heard anything bad from my friends. Their items are a little pricey but personally, I think it's worth the quality and quantity they provide. I haven't had any complaints about their food / sushi yet :)

We tried this place for the first time about 5 years ago after moving into the neighborhood. Coming from an area with a higher Asian population and a lot of Thai choices, we were pretty disappointed in this place and joked about "Amazing" being false advertising. We did not go back until the other night after finding the other restaurant we'd intended to visit closed. Wow, what a turnaround. We got chicken and tofu dishes; each full of fresh ingredients, cooked perfectly, and nicely spiced. And the staff were very friendly and attentive. We're really glad we tried it again and look forward to going back.

I'm REALLY annoyed with this place. I live in the area and order from them often. Not that I love the food but of all the Thai food in the area (which is very few), I like this one best. Well tonight, I ordered food to be delivered. $52 for Two orders of Honey Garlic Shrimp and an order of Vegetable Lo Mein. Well when my food arrived, I opened a nearly empty container of Lo Mein!!!! It could barely feed my husband and he doesn't eat a lot. $52 and you can't even fill the container? Basically, it was so empty that the Lo Mein was sliding around in the container. I called them up to ask why was the container nearly empty. The manager had no clue what I was saying. She kept telling me that the Lo Mein doesn't come with broth???? What??? I am so livid right now because I did not get to eat any of the dish. $52? This isn't gourmet food. The high prices are because of their overhead costs! You're better off getting food elsewhere!

A coworker took me here on my last day off work. I Jax the miso soup and coconut curry tofu. It was really good...with one critical exception... all my food came out really salty! Maybe it was an off day but otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

My girlfriend introduced me to this place on a casual outing. Despite it's cheap and raggedy looks, the inside is pretty nice and the food even better. I am still on the search for the best JB Tempura and this place is among the top thus far. It's a 12 piece roll, beautifully crafted and the tempura cooked to perfection, majestically drizzled with eel sauce. My girlfriend ordered the Dragon Roll. The colors and the craftsmanship were truly something unique. This place thus far is "Amazing."

This place is two minutes from my house and it is one of the best sushi places I've ever been to. They offer good combos at great prices if your big on sushi. I had the monster lobster sushi combo and it was superb. Also had the Hosomaki combo which included, 8 pcs California Roll, 8 pcs Tuna Roll, and 8 pcs JB Roll served with miso soup or green salad, not bad for 15.95. Overall the service is always good, and the sushi is fresh and prepared flawlessly, would defiantly recommend this place.

  • Angel C.

Love this place.... We always start off with there Popeye Rolls, I cant get enough of them. There Basil Chicken Fried rice is awesome. If you accompany it with a order of there unique Honey Garlic Chicken you cant go wrong. The service is fantastic, there always on top of making sure our drinks and water glasses are always filled. It can get busy on the weekends so try to get there early. The only small complaint is that they use to have a Fruit Salad that they use to give out as a free little appetizer and now they have removed it from the menu. I really wish they bring it back. 4.0 Stars for Food 5.0 Stars for service

A quirky little place in a strip mall, this is Miami after all. Service was prompt and very friendly. Food was very good. Sushi was fresh and beautifully put together. The curry was well seasoned and very tasty. Definitely will be back.

I really enjoyed the dragon rolls and the shrimp pad Thai. Only thing with this place is they never pick up the phone so you have to order online and wait for a phone call from them by then 20 minutes passed and then another 30 minutes for food to be ready. But, over all it's pretty good

  • Mr. S.

Terrible delivery service!! After receiving my delivery order, I noticed that part of my order was missing. I called back to request the rest of my order. I was told it would be delivered right away. After waiting for 45 minutes I called back, only to be told that the driver was out on other deliveries and that he would get there when he got there. I never received the rest of my order. I live in the area and it's a shame that I won't be ordering food from here again.

4 stars for the service 3.5 stars for the food Walking into Amazing Thai from the outside it's a bit non-descript and unimpressive. Luckily, it's the inside that counts! Went here for a chillaxed time for my mom's birthday tonight with FOUR kids. Any place who can service three 'high-maintenance' adults and four higher maintenance kids is alright in my book! We ordered an insane amount of food! Fresh rolls, spring rolls, salad, noodle dishes, chicken dishes, fried rice, sushi dishes and three different types of desserts (fried banana, tempura cheesecake and Thai donuts-all thumbs up)...when my sister asked that one of the California rolls for the kids have absolutely no peel on the cucumber, they didn't even bat an eye. (What can I say? The kid has a thing about cucumber peels). They were on it with the service, and in a word, I was impressed. The sushi was a bit different than out west...for instance, I'd never heard of a Dragon roll with no eel on it. Wasn't the best sushi in the world, but it was good, fresh and they offered the brown rice option for a $1. Awesome. 7 of us (do not let the fact that we were with kids fool you!) ate for $200 including the tip, a few beers and four desserts (we ordered TWO of the Thai donuts LOL). Would definitely recommend.

Good dinner, pleasant service. Crispy duck was a bit dry, but pineapple rice was great. Volcano sushi interesting and good. All in all a good dinner. Priced a bit higher than I would expect for the atmosphere, but we will go there again.

I used to frequent this restaurant when I used to live in Florida. Overall, the service is good and the food is more than palatable. Don't be afraid to be a bit adventurous and try a variety of food because honestly, I don't know if it's even possible to go wrong with any food at this place. I don't think this place has the best sushi, but it IS a Thai restaurant after all. Try their Thai food. I like that their pad thai isn't as sweet as the other places. Give it a try. You might just find this place just a little "amazing."

Is this a "Have Fork, Will Travel" restaurant? I'm too biased towards Thai food to answer that fairly. However, if you love Thai and happen to be somewhat near, it's well worth the stop. Who frequents this place? Displaced Thai? Other assorted and racially profiled as similar Asians? Nope. Locals frequent this place. With a lack of good restaurants nearby, don't be surprised to find all sorts of redneck looking types and others who don't look like they know their way around a chopstick being treated like regulars. In other words, lots of grandmothers rolling in their graves, unless, of course, they're there too. I started with my usual measuring stick of Tom Kha Gai (or Kai, or Ka or Ga, it's a completely different alphabet, cut them some slack!). It's a damn good version of the coconut milk, chicken, mushrooms, galangal and lemongrass soup, complete with fresh pieces of galangal and lemongrass inside. Order one of their curries. GREAT curry that will make your tastebuds sing, unless you order the food spicy. Why? Because they understand what Thai spicy means! It means it makes me sweat out of my ears while my wife takes a nibble and says, "mm, this one's pretty good". They also do a pretty good job with what I consider "junk" maki - those delectable rolls that hide the pristine flavor of their fish with avocado, asparagus, cream cheese, volcano topping, etc.etc. Accompany your meal with a Lao beer. Service is warm, enthusiastic and pretty exemplary, even for Thai restaurant standards.

really really good thai & sushi place! I always go wtih my daughter & we are both fans. I love their "spicy tuna rock salad" & the Tom Gha Kai soup is very good there. My daughter always orders their sushi off the childrens menu. The prices are very reasonable as well

This is the restaurant I eat sushi from most often. Very convenient for my family As it is very close to my home. The fish is always fresh. They are always very busy in the evenings. The Phoenix roll is one of our favorites. The service is usually always good as well. They also do a lot of takeout orders. We order from here at least once a week. Highly recommend.

My family enjoys Thai, Japanese and Asian food which is why we go to Amazing, one place several styles, win win. Their food is good and the service very friendly. You can't go wrong eating there. Regretfully their takeout is always a mess. The food is good, but your order will most likely be wrong. We've discovered with each order we've made, that they always get our takeout wrong. So we won't order takeout from them any longer but we'll enjoy eating in. Oh, and don't complain, their chef/manager doesn't welcome complaints.

I live 5 minutes away from this place and I have an obsession with sushi. It was very convenient that I could order sushi for delivery whenever I came home from a late day and I didn't feel like leaving my home for dinner. The sushi was average. Nothing out of the ordinary, but it wasn't bad either. I wouldn't suggest you leave the sushi to eat for leftovers though (even if it's just a few hours later). The way they cook the sushi rice isn't that great; the rice becomes rock solid within a few hours of being cooked, even if it is sealed in an air locked container. No onto the worse part. They have terrible customer service when it comes to delivery! It takes at least 20 minutes of non stop calling in order to get through. They have no call waiting, just a busy tone. Then once you do get through, they put you on hold for another 10 minutes! So if you are keeping track, this so far takes 30 minutes to place when order. I could have walked there from my home and placed my order faster than doing it over the phone. Now onto the delivery. The wait time is average and within the allotted time frame (usually 45 minutes- 1 hour). But the problem is that at least three times they have forgotten to deliver my soup and refuse to reimburse me. And three there times, they have gotten my order completely wrong. Last night when I ordered for the last time, they once again forgot my soup and i was able to realize before the delivery boy left and he told me to call the restaurant and they would send it out during the next delivery run. So of course i try calling for 15 minutes non-stop, and guess what? NO LUCK. I drive there while i am still calling and i have yet to get through the phone lines. I arrive furious to the restaurant and they don't even give me an apology or try to reimburse me in any way for my problems (even though they have on record in their system the amount of times I have ordered and have had problems). They have no regards in keeping customers. The host was completely rude and ignored me speaking to her, and just began to talk to the customer waiting behind me. I would not suggest anyone to rider from here. It isn't like I have had a problem here and there, but it has been continuous issues for the past year, and no compensation for their problems. I will definitely be reporting them to the BBA.

I was a frequent customer at this restaurant. I stopped going and dinning in because of the service and servers. The old lady with botox face server is rude and has no idea what customer service IS. The food is awesome but when you go pick up they are very very slow. The owner the was on site other day instead of helping he was giving a hard time to the girl that was cashiering, answering the phones and dispatching the people. Mr use the common sense and hire more people don't be so cheap and your restaurant will get busy again. I will still go for pick up because like I said the sushi is fresh.

I lived in Japan for 4 years twenty years ago. I love Japanese food. This restaurant handed me a hot towel to start with they got an A right away for bringing the Japanese culture to life. The food is of course Japanese American. I will not kid you, if you want five stars go to Japan. That being said, it was clean and the food was fresh and good. They will be around for years to come. Good stuff, give it a try.

My family ordered delivery from Amazing this evening. However, they forgot to put rice in the bags. It's kind of hard to eat curry without rice. I called the restaurant and was greeted with a "hello?". After confirming that I had in fact contacted the restaurant the fun began. Over the course of the next 10 minutes the inept person I was speaking to put me on hold 4 times, repeatedly questioned if I had actually ordered food from them, and when she did realize I had in fact received food from them she then didn't seem to believe that I hadn't received the rice. Why would I be calling if I had actually received the rice? After speaking to a manager, she then informed me that the delivery person had 5 more orders to deliver before rice could be brought to me. She obviously expected me to decline the rice. However, after the terrible customer service I had received by her (over rice no less), I told her I wanted the rice. Over an hour later, the rice is still not here. While the food here is decent, I will not be ordering from Amazing again. Silver Spoon's food in Miramar is ten times better and will be worth the drive for takeout.

I have been going to amazing Thai for over 10 years but my last 2 visits will end my run. About 2 months ago web and had some of the worst service ever. Normally went every Tuesday night. My husband said he wouldn't return. So went tonight by myself and sat at the sushi bar. Upon arrival noticed the wait staff trying to figure out what one of the rolls were. Turned out the chef had made an additional roll. 4 staff members touched this and moved around the restaurant. I then ordered a salad and a roll turns out my roll was the same as the wrong roll so they handed to me. Cold dynamite on top. Couldn't believe they tried to do this and when I questioned them they actually chuckled. So I left. Then called them and expressed my displeasure and the first time they put me on hold and then disconnected. Called back and did receive an apology but they never even thought to ask my info and thus NEVER WILL RETURN

Good thai / Sushi restaurant. Thai food is not so authentic at this joint but good. Their Tiger Tear Salad, Basil Fried Rice, Red Curry and pad thai are my favorites. Owners are usually working so the service is always good. Busy restaurant but they are able to serve quickly, so usually not a very long wait if you don't have reservations. The place is a little too far west of I75 so its frequented by mostly people that live in the area.

Today was my first time checking out "Amazing," and it was pretty decent but definitely not amazing. I ordered a ginger salad and chicken pad thai First off, the ginger salad was okay I've had better; however, I cannot truly critic the pad thai due to the fact that I haven't had pad thai since I was a child. Flavor wise it was pretty tasty; overall, I would give the food a 3.5. I will be back to try some more dishes and give this place another shot.

Okay so my review goes like this. This was my first time at Amazing and it wasn't too bad. As I walked in I was greeted promptly and seated. The restaurant was empty so I had my choice of tables. I of course took the 1 with the best views. I was again greeted by the waiter who offered me a towel and brought me some edamame . That was a nice little little surprise. I later ordered the green curry with chicken. when I got the order it was exactly what I was expecting in flavor and amount. You do have to ask for extra rice ,they don't just serve it, which is alright because the rice is warm when it comes from the kitchen. I will give this place 5 stars because the quality of the food was good and the taste was good. The service was quick and everybody was very courteous. Next time I will have to try the sushi since so many people have written about it and said that it was good. I recommend.

I really enjoyed the dragon rolls and the shrimp pad Thai. Only thing with this place is they never pick up the phone so you have to order online and wait for a phone call from them by then 20 minutes passed and then another 30 minutes for food to be ready. But, over all it's pretty good

Terrible delivery service!! After receiving my delivery order, I noticed that part of my order was missing. I called back to request the rest of my order.

I have been coming here for several years and they never cease to amaze me.. The food is always fresh and always have options if you have allergies to certain foods.. The food is a great price and the atmosphere is cozy.

Not amazing. Sorry. Everything I ordered for take out was flavorless and unappealing. I didn't eat one thing in my $60 order. It's a shame.

Every time (whether take out or dine in) everything is perfect and delicious. Get the JB TEMPURA!!!!! With spicy mayo and eel sauce double dipping. Amazing food (no pun intended)!!!!!!

This place used to be good at one time. The new management sucks! My wife ordered a take out order on a Thursday night for Fried rice and Pad Thai with no Fish sauce (due to allergies). She confirmed if they can make with no Fish sauce before ordering. When we came home, we found the food still had the Fish sauce. So we called back and asked if they can re-make and we would return the prior food(as we live close by). The waiter (Andrea) said the kitchen was closed and would give a credit for a future order. I called back on Sunday (the same weekend) to see if we could go back and if they can make the order without Fish sauce and if they would credit for the order. This time I spoke with Christina. She advised that they can do that. So I told her that we would come in for dinner. When we went there, they said they could never make any orders without Fish sauce and they even denied to refund / credit back. This was so embarrassing that they made us go back to the restaurant and turned us down. We have dined here so many times (probably in hundreds since we lived close) where we made a special meal request (without fish sauce) and they served us. I called back and spoke with the supervisor (Mike) and he said that they can only credit when the same waiter was working (Andrea).Their management is a mess. They can be upfront and straightforward. They would soon be out of business if they continued treating guests so unfair. The food is average for the price you pay. Not going back to this place ever again!

Service was great. Place is nice and clean. Food was good and very fresh. We came for lunch and it was not busy at all which is great because I came with 2 small children. Will come again

The place is actually pretty amazing! A few friends/co-workers are regulars & invited me... Delish! I've been back a few more times, & it's always a great experience. The sushi is great and it's always busy, yet the service is always wonderful! I definitely wish I lived as close as my girls do...!

A coworker took me here on my last day off work. I Jax the miso soup and coconut curry tofu. It was really good...with one critical exception... all my food came out really salty! Maybe it was an off day but otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

This placed used to be my fav Thai place until recently! I think they have a new management and since they took over the food just hasn't been the same! And the service specially sucks!
